Donor Terms of Service

As a donor participating in 209Gives, I understand the Terms of Service as outlined below including my personal roles and responsibilities. 

  1. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made through 209Gives.
  2. I understand that GiveGab retains a 4% campaign management fee from all donations. Credit Card processing fees are an additional 2.5% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
  3. I understand that donors are given the option to cover fees and if I choose this option, 100% of my online charitable gift will go to the receiving organization.
  4. I understand that any donations processed outside of the 209Gives donation period through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations, are also subject to the transaction fees outlined above.
  5. I understand that by donating through 209Gives, I agree to be contacted to receive a donation receipt, a thank-you message, and an invite to the San Joaquin Community Foundation (SJCF) email list to receive occasional updates about 209Gives and other SJCF future initiatives. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time. San Joaquin Community Foundation does not sell donor information to any outside parties.
